Uninstall any software that you don’t use any more and wont be using again. Keep all your work in one location, such as "My Documents". Microsoft has also provided a set of tools to maintain the performance of your system. "Disc Clean", "Scan Disc" and "Defragment". These can be found by right clicking on the (C) Drive and selecting "Properties" from the menu, then "Tools". |
